How to Get Started
In order to best serve you and communicate directly with your mortgage lender(s), we’ll need to collect information supplied by you. Most of our clients are able to collect & complete the simple forms found below in 30-60 minutes.
Required Documentation
- Sign and Date the Authorization To Release Information form.
- Complete the Mortgage Data Sheet.
- Handwrite a short Hardship Letter (see example for suggestions).
- Complete the Personal Financial Statement (we can answer questions you may have)
- Collect your last 2 years tax returns and/or
- Your last 2 years W-2’s
- Copies of most recent paycheck stub
- 2 months of most recent bank statements (checking & savings)
- Lastly, if your property is currently listed through a realtor, include a copy of the authorized listing agreement.
Once you’ve collected and filled out each of the documents found in the list you can send them to:
